A calm reset after job loss or career shock.
Losing work, or having it end in a way you didn’t expect, can be more unsettling than people realise. Even capable, experienced professionals can find themselves feeling disoriented, self-critical, or oddly stuck, unsure how to begin again.
This course is designed for that in-between space.
It’s not a job search program, and it’s not asking you to be positive, motivated, or ready to take action. Instead, it offers a steady, human way to understand what’s happened, make sense of your reactions, and gently prepare yourself to re-enter work when the time is right.
Across six short, guided chapters, you’ll explore why job disruption can hit so deeply, how pressure and uncertainty affect capacity, and why caution, discomfort, or hesitation don’t mean you’re failing. they’re often signs of adjustment and learning. Each chapter includes a calm audio reflection and an optional “steady step” to help you orient without pressure or urgency.
There’s no required pace, no checklist to complete, and nothing you have to do to “finish” the course. You can listen in order, revisit sections as needed, or simply sit with what resonates.
This experience is about steadiness, perspective, and dignity—not fixing yourself or rushing forward. By the end, the aim isn’t confidence or certainty, but a quieter sense of readiness and trust in your own footing.
For the best experience, we recommend listening on a laptop, desktop, or full-size tablet rather than a phone.
