The Career Update Pathway is a structured and guided process designed to capture what’s changed: the new scope, the stronger evidence, the contribution that belongs in the story already on the page. You’re not starting from scratch. You’re building on work we’ve already done together, and that’s exactly what this pathway is designed for.
What to expect
You’ll move through a guided sequence at your own pace, focused on your current direction, the role or roles added since we last worked together, and the evidence that needs to come through in your résumé. The goal isn’t to revisit your entire career. It’s to surface what has changed and gather what’s needed to bring your résumé forward with the same standard of depth and clarity as the original. The best material rarely surfaces immediately. This process gives it room to emerge.
